Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. 


Orders are delivered Monday to Friday. Deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays. Should the company be experiencing a high volume of orders, we ask that you kindly expect slight delays. We will communicate these changes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipment confirmation emails will be sent immediately after your order(s) have been fulfilled. These emails will include a tracking number for your convenience. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Neeky Teas is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Neeky Teas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Neeky Teas ships internationally.  

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy on all tea cup sets and accessories, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


All refunds take 7 business days to process. Please expect to see a refund after the 7 day process and be aware that it may take some time to be reflected in your bank account depending on your financial institution.
